Payment
Prices of products available at WOOL SO COOL are provided in Polish Zlotys and in Euro. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Our Shop offers three payment methods:
- standard payment on our bank account in PLN: mBank S.A. 11 1140 2004 0000 3802 7874 9158
- online payment via the PayU.pl website and via the PayPal.com website
Shipment
The representatives of our company do their best for the shipment to reach you as soon as possible. Due to the unusual character of our business undertaking and its labor-intensity, we provide an estimated order realization only, which is maximally 14 working days from the moment of registering undertaken payment on our bank account. If a given item is available at the time of purchase, it will be sent as soon as possible.
Shipment costs are added to the item value. Customers from within the borders of the Republic of Poland may choose from three delivery types:
- InPost parcel machines – PLN 19
- InPost Courier services – PLN 19
- DPD Courier services – PLN 22
- DPD Pickup – PLN 14

In the case of shipments sent abroad, customers may choose from two delivery modes: European DPD courier services, and European/International Polish Post services. Shipment costs may vary depending on the destination. Exact delivery costs may be checked in the product card by choosing the destination country of interest.
