In connection with the User's use of the Website, the Administrator collects personal data to the extent necessary to provide the services offered, as well as information about the User's activity on the Website. 3.10.1. to inform you about the services we provide and to build a positive image of WoolSoCool (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is the Administrator's legitimate interest in undertaking marketing and recognition-building activities for WoolSoCool;
3.10.2. responding to queries and comments received via social media (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which is the Administrator's legitimate interest in responding to the queries and comments of observers.
3.11. The provision of personal data is necessary in order to observe WoolSoCool's social media profiles and to respond to queries and comments via these media.
3.12. The following data may be processed: your name or nickname, other information that is publicly available on your Social Media profile or that you voluntarily provide to WoolSoCool.

3.14. The Administrator processes personal data in order to identify the sender and to handle the enquiry, request or notification sent via the contact form on the Website or sent via e-mail by the User to the following address: contact@woolsocool.com (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which constitutes the Administrator's legitimate interest in responding to the reported enquiry.

3.16. The Administrator processes Users' personal data for the purpose of possibly establishing and asserting claims or defending against claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which constitutes the Administrator's legitimate interest.
3.17. Fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on WoolSoCool, in particular those arising from accounting obligations (legal basis Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
5. DATA RETENTION
5.1. As a general rule, data shall be processed for the duration of the service, until the consent given is withdrawn or an effective objection is made to the processing in cases where the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
5.2. The processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary for the establishment and assertion of possible claims or the defence against claims, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data shall be irreversibly deleted or anonymised.

7.2. You have the right to object to the processing if the processing is based on a legitimate interest of the administrator.
8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
8.1. The provisions of the WoolSoCool Privacy Policy may be subject to improvements and changes, and the latest version of the Privacy Policy will be published on the WoolSoCool Website each time and will be dated as of the last update.
8.2. In matters not covered by the Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Civil Code and the relevant acts of Polish law, as well as European Union law, in particular the GDPR, shall apply.
8.3. The policy is effective as of 01.01.2024.
