We would like you to know that all the items available in the WOOL SO COOL Shop are hand-made. Each and every item is unique and one-of-a-kind. Due to the utilization of natural fibers, products may slightly vary from one another, for example in braid structure. While using, items may stretch out to a negligible degree, which may be caused by the natural elasticity of wool. Our products are finished with natural leather, which may marginally change its hue and imprint visibility in the course of utilization and maintenance.
Please keep in mind that the colors of items presented in the pictures may insignificantly differ from the factual state. The discrepancies may be cause by monitor display settings.
Taking into account an unusual character of our business undertaking and its labor-intensity, we provide an estimated order realization only, which is maximally 14 working days from the moment of registering undertaken payment on our bank account. We ensure that we will do what it takes to significantly shorten the aforementioned period. If a given item is available at the time of purchase, it will be sent as soon as possible.
